When reservation is agreed by phone or by email, it is necessary to send binding order by fax (+421 55 79 99 089) or by email. (info@cityresidence.sk). This order has to include personal and contact information of the guest. When this binding order is confirmed by City Residence, following cancelation and check-in, check-out rules apply: It is possible to cancel your reservation without cancelation fee the latest at noon, two days before expected arrival. That means, if the expected day of arrival is May 5, the reservation can be cancelled without cancellation fee by noon of May 3. If reservation is canceled after this hour, City Residence has a right to charge a cancelation fee of 60 % from the whole amount of order if the number of days for which the reservation was confirmed does not exceed 5 days. If the order was made for more than 5 days, City Residence will charge 40 % cancellation fee from the whole amount of order. If reservation is cancelled at the day of expected arrival, City Residence has a right to charge a cancellation fee of 90 % from the whole amount of order if the number of days for which the reservation was confirmed does not exceed 5 days. If the order was made for more than 5 days, City Residence will charge 70 % cancellation fee from the whole amount of order. ***Check-in, check-out rules*** Guest can check in from 1:00pm on the day of arrival. Guest has to leave the room by 11:00am on the day of departure. If guest does not leave the room by 11:00am and doesn’t inform the receptionist in advance about intention to check out late, City Residence has a right to move out guest’s belongings. If City Residence doesn’t have a confirmed reservation for the room, which was not released by the client by agreed hour, City Residence will charge the guest full price for another day of stay.
